TTI Success Insights™ Research Collection - Version 7.97 upgrade

Note: If you are installing to Windows® NT, 2000, XP or Windows® 2003, you will need to be logged on with "administrative" rights.

ATTENTION: Windows® XP 64-bit Edition has not been tested at this time.

Upgrade Instructions:

Prior to the download, run your existing Research Collection and do a backup of your database onto a clean diskette. (Select Backup Database from the Utilities menu.)
Download the Research Collection installation program to your computer by clicking on the link below and selecting the SAVE option. Do not select the OPEN option.
After downloading the file to your hard drive, double-click on the file to start the installation. Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the upgrade.
Run the Research Collection and verify its version number in the about box.
